Dr. Inchirah Adala is the founder of PLURABIO. Her impact-driven business tackles how a lack of genetic diversity in drug development testing induces racial disparities in drug efficacy and safety across populations. 

Dr. Inchirah Adala, a Loughborough University alumni, won the Inclusivity Champion award for PLURABIO, which aims to tackle the lack of genetic diversity in drug development testing by producing genetically diverse models, which will increase the development of tailored medicine and reduce racial disparities in drug development.
